Even during COVID the building process moved smoothly and with fluid expertise. JT along with his wonderful staff, foreman and subcontractors were the hands-down best we have ever worked with and that is said after 35+ years of careers in real estate and development. JT fulfilled every expectation, desire and dream. We just could not be any happier!! Best part is that JT and KC together foresaw any issue and brought the solution with the discussion, solving any problem effortlessly from our standpoint. JT, along with his wonderful office staff kept everything from scheduling, bids, invoices, draws etc. completely organized and accessible so we always new in realtime where we were. Aside from JT who surpassed our wildest expectations, KC Green, our foreman was fantastic. His knowledge, expertise, ability to handle even the smallest detail on the spot, his attention to detail and his easy calm presence was the perfect combination with JT. Melissa and Ellen, backing JT up in the office were both so pleasant to work with and super efficient, patient and caring. Every crew member and subcontractor was a pleasure to work with.

J.T. Bradley is the past President and an active Member of the Greater Sacramento Chapter of NARI (The National Association of the Remodeling Industry). J.T. has earned NARI’s designations as a MCKBR (Master Certified Kitchen & Bath Remodeler) and MCR (Master Certified Remodeler). He has also earned the Guild Master designation with Guild Quality since 2015. Constantly increasing his education and trade knowledge, he holds an Installation Masters Certification and is also a Green Remodeling Education Graduate who is Renovation, Repair and Paint/Lead Paint Certified.
