Bradley Builders screens & pre-qualifies all subcontractors and material suppliers we do business with. Our subcontractors have built relationships with us over many years and multiple projects. As a result, they are loyal and have a mutual respect with our company. We make sure our subcontractors are paid on a timely basis ensuring there won’t be animosity on the construction site. Program Schedule/Pre-Job Planning
We develop an overall schedule for each project taking into account all aspects of a project, including design, permitting, contracting, submittals and construction. This schedule is developed by determining all necessary project tasks and arranged in the proper sequence. Items with long lead times are identified and taken in to account for accuracy in the schedule. Responsibilities for each task are determined, continually monitored and adjusted as necessary are to make sure the project timeline stays on track. If changes to the schedule are required all updates are sent to our clients for review.
